What is required for the PERT to be a success?- SME Invitation Plan - Recruit and retain a large number of capable and helpful SMEs
- PERT Subjects - Subjects for which the PERT needs experts
- SME List - A list of people/organizations that could be invited to become PERT Subject Matter Experts
- NREN SME List - The specific list of NREN SMEs, who can help the PERT CMs with issues specific to an NREN
- Active PERT Forum? - The PERT forum is a place where the public (non-acadmeics) can discuss amongst themselves network performance issues and get help from PERT staff (when the staff have time)
- PERT Customer Outreach - A strategy for advertising the PERT service and PERT-KB to potential end-customers
